I handcraft and ship my artworks with care, and I want you to be fully satisfied. If for any reason the artwork doesn’t suit, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of return and obtain a refund.

Eligibility

• The artwork must be intact, in its original condition, and include its signed certificate of authenticity.
• It must be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging), with the return form/number provided.
• Custom or personalised orders: not returnable, unless a proven defect or transport damage.

How to make a return (steps)

1. Submit a request: complete the form below (Name, Email, Order number, Artwork(s), Reason, Comments).
2. Receive authorisation: you’ll receive by email a Return Number (RMA) and instructions (Irish return address, packing advice).
3. Ship within 14 days: use a tracked carrier and, depending on value, insurance. Option: I can provide a prepaid label; its cost will be deducted from your refund.
4. Inspection & refund: once received and checked, I’ll confirm by email whether the refund is approved or declined.

Return costs

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
• If a prepaid label is provided, its cost is deducted from the refund.
• For non-EU returns, clearly indicate “Return of goods – no commercial value” to avoid unnecessary import charges.

Lost or damaged parcel

• Loss: contact me as soon as possible so I can open a claim with the carrier.
• Damage: at delivery, note precise reservations on the carrier’s docket and photograph the parcel + inner protection + artwork. Email me within 48 hours at contact@lorenzopapace.fr

Refund timeframes & method

• After receipt and inspection, you’ll receive an email confirming approval of the refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank timelines vary).
• Any optional Express services paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the error is mine.
• If the returned artwork is incomplete or damaged, a deduction may apply.
